Okay, so this is a little bit of an obscure one. This is Officer Mappy Mouse from his self titled arcade game Mappy.

In this game, you play as Mappy, a police officer, trying to attempt to confiscate items from a local mob of cats without get caught by them.
You navigate exotic houses collect these items by trampolining from on floor to the next.
To fend off the mob by slamming doors in their faces temporally knocking them unconscious and safe to pass by.
Successfully confiscate every item in the house to win and proceed to the next level.

I remembering having a lot of fun playing the game and was inspired to create this after hearing Mappy's theme in a Namco medley.
