Description
Graphite. Done in pencil on Bristol board, with a liquid pencil background, over which I used a white colored pencil to do the gears .First thing I've worked on in a long, long while. I had to relearn a lot of things.
Basically? The idea/inspiration started with the concept of a younger version of James Sterling from Leverage (with a generous dollop of Romo Lampkin from BSG) and Stephen Daedelus from Kitchen Confidential. As brothers. In a steampunk world. And Up To Something. It just sort of grew from there. Lets just call this a bizzare sort-of-but-not-really-fan-art-ish crossover mash-up regenrefication that I needed to get out of my head and onto paper.
I'm going to have to give these boys some names, because I see them coming up again in future work.

I'm not sure which is which, but the guy in the white could be Dr. Horrible!
