Description
Ha! So, all quiet again on my front at least as far as my activity around here goes.Had a really productive weekend though; I was working on a piece for ImagineFX so I'm gonna have a big workshop thing in an upcoming issue
In the meantime before I can show that, though, HERE!
To celebrate (as usual, it seems!) the release of a new 3A toy (even though I'm surprisingly enough actually not going to purchase this one!), here's some art!
The Blind Gunslinger, from Ashley Wood's POPBOT series.
Enjoy! Just a quick sketch, 'bout an hour.

Wasn't Emit Brown the name of the guy from Back to the Future?
Unrelated, I'm sure. I just thought it was a funny coincidence.
Awesome design, by the way! Creepy looking horse, too

So, wait, I'm confused... Is this NOT Emit Brown from Back to the Future III? 'Cause if not, the title is very misleading. I'd be mad, but this picture is just... So... Awesome!

I found your art very close to what we are looking for in our project. I am searching for Conceptual character art and story boards for a pitch book for our Zombie/Westen: "Zombrero"
Let me know if you are interested, here is the pitch:
We are a small group of professionals trying to break out of types of shows we have currently found ourselves in. Too much reality tv has been stifling our passion. I am a cameraman and am trying to put together this pitch bible to take meetings with the next tier above us. Our small group of production, editing, sound, and camera teams have been putting off our goals long enough. I have shot a few features and now it's time that I get in with more accomplished Directors and Producers to sustain Feature length cinematography full time. This project we have conceived, wrote, and shot pitch teaser trailers. We are putting together a pitch presentation with these video clips, the script, treatment, and a few select storyboards and Character Profile sketches of our main characters.
"Zombrero" is an zombie infection survival story set in a western boarder town during the 1880's.
At this point we think we want 2 pages of storyboards to include in our Pitch Book. Large 3-6 frames on each page for a total of 6-12 story boards in all. This would be depicting a particular scene from the story. Color, graphically appealing, Horses, guns, zombies.
Also we want a few 2-3 full page Character study/Looks of the main characters and what a ZombieCowboy would look like. We will attach the character biographies next to these images in the book. This helps producers understand what period zombies look like.
I am not sure what kind of time commitment this is for an artist to produce. Honestly we just started our search for StoryBoard artists on Deviant. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thanks again

Sadly I actually really like it the way it is. It's very.. unique looking, and I like that despite how rough looking it is you can still tell what's going on. Almost as if you are looking at this man and his horse through a sandstorm or something. Beautiful though. Love the dark tones

Its very nice that you're in Imagine FX. I'm not a reader of the magazine, but I know it. I should buy some of the magazines to check the tutorials and workshops. ! Also, nice picture!
