Description
inspired by someone's username on a Forum I frequent...I guess it's more 'snow' than 'ice' but hey.
(In case you can't tell it's half Polar Bear / half Steller's Sea Eagle)...
Sketch in Sketchbook Pro, colour in PS, about an hour and a half.

upon further review, i must ask:
what brushes do you use? surely not the default circle thing that PS starts with?

Nope, this one was just done with a round brush (though I had size/opacity both set to pen pressure for variation).

Thanks
Hehe . . .
(it's my standard 'beast on a rock' pose . . . seems to work pretty well most'o the time)

That idea of it being half polar bear is pretty interesting. Cool concept.
