There is a dread I have softly in the back of my mind. It's small but ticks away slowly. This passage of time. It takes everything I love away from me. It has no number or accountability. It started the day I took my first breath. I cant stop it, all I can do is hold you now in the moment and love. A time without you scares me, so I'll be in the moment right now. Fighting time softly and hoping for a longer tomorrow.
