Description: Dr. Wily was planning to develop a Blue Devil to be one of the guardians of his fortress. However, the experiment was a failure. But he decided to spare the leftovers of it and he was able to witness the abilities of one of the Stardroids that invaded Earth before, Mercury. The conclusion was that a new Robot Master was born, sharing his thoughts with a Dr. Wily's failed creation. He, as any other Yellow Devil, is able to divide himself, to tackle his part on the enemy, able to shapeshift parts of his body and able to shoot plasma shots from his eye.
