I think you'll find that Rocky's needed for this. Harvey can lift engines such as Thomas, Percy or Arthur, but engines like Gordon, James, Henry or this engine are to heavy for him.

The BBC had actually done that broadcast of the Sad a Story of Henry. The video has been scrapped, DieselD199 probably done another video on it for a laugh.
