I love this shot. The black at the top and bottom adds a nice movie quality, and the blur gives it that dream feel. Would you happen to know if that's a C-17 in the background?

Thank you. Those are C-130's in the background, the C-17's are larger and use jet engines.

I'm guessing by the photo that you're a soldier yourself? If so, thanks for everything you've done for the US and for the Iraqis, I can't even imagine how difficult it must be. I have several very good friends stationed there, including one that's coming home in just a couple more days.
Terrific shot, really does look like something taken right out of a movie. Beautiful tones and interesting composition. The added social environment going on right now just makes it all the more powerful.
