A marvelous use of curves without being gratuitous; the flow of her body makes an interesting silhouette that fits lovingly into the gradient background.

I'm not sure about the line work, however. Her hand, elbow, and belly in particular seem too thin compared to the rest of her lines. Usually thin lines indicate things that are farther away or of more delicate construction. I can understand why you would want to highlight the fingers in this way, but to me it looks like they fade into the background.

I am concerned about the lump on her back; I assume that's a shoulder and an arm, but it's a bit ambiguous whether her shoulders could bend back that far, or whether her shoulder should jut out that sharply in shape.

There's also a slight disconnect between her face and body. I understand that the anime style is popular, but with the realism of her fingers and breast, it stands out rather unusually to me.

Overall, however, it's a good work and I hope you do more with it.

The cell shading is well done and trying to picture the character in a side pose is a good effort. The lineart has little mistakes like being too thin on the elbow (nearly dissapears)

The problems that I find and don't make this girl one of an impact are the following:

Originality: it's a girl (not "the girl") with purple hair, nothing more, accesories (like jewels or earrings) or a background could have more impact making her interesting or at least tell me who she is without having to ask for backstory.

Technique: the drawing composition suffer from lack of proportion and anatomy errors, the shape of the breasts told me that you used a reference but the head is too big for the body, the hand is too small for that thick arm, the right arm is missing (by the shape of the elbow I can say it's in straight position so part of it should be visible) and the right scapula (I assume it's the scapula and not the back) is pushed too back, making the position seem unbalanced.

To correct that mistakes try to use references (and measure them with a ruler, line or at least a pencil) and put every part in the sketch, even the ones that will be not visible, then you can erase it when you're refining your sketch or making your lineart. Keep improving!
