Upgrade Version of my Burton-esque vision of The Riddler for "Batman: Strange Shades". I always had Christopher Lloyd in mind for this. He was both Doc Brown and Judge Doom. Join both, and you can start to see him as a more Older, Sinister, Burton-esque Riddler. Wanted to go full Batman Returns with this design. It has this "Count Olaf" style on it indeed. I thinked about doing him bald, but didn't like it at all, so I gone 50/50.
