I've posted three different drawings of my cats this past week and I have no regrets.

I drew this back in 2019/2020 and I was really trying to capture how the light would create this glossy effect on his fur. I enjoy how it looks in that sense, but I feel like I could've pushed the colors and values more. Something I will definitely explore in the future.

My cats have been and still are my biggest inspiration to draw since I started back in 2015. I'll have to create a comparison someday because those early portraits were rough, haha. This painting is based off of a picture I took of my cat, Ninja. What inspires you to draw?
