I watched a skin painting tutorial the other day and learned about encorporating different saturated colors under the whole base color, if that makes sense. I thought I'd try the technique on an animal portrait first since I already understand how light and shadow works on fur. Overall, I enjoyed the process and liked how it turned out.

Have you guys picked up any new tricks lately?
