Description
Here's the second of this group of OCs (It's just the ones I've already posted to Artfight): Rin. She's a member of a species known as Nevma. A being with humanoid limbs and head, but body is composed of a luminescent gas that few others know about, a; when they are the right age; gemstone that represents their maturity that can glow like phosphorus powder underwater, and a bright halo above their head that differentiate them from a rivaling species, the Preta. Some Nevma have learned to produce a beautiful synth pad like sound from their gem; most who can have dedicated themselves to making/playing music for a living. Unlike most, Rin prefers to hide who she is by cloaking the gas over a shroud; making her appear more human; and embed her blood red ruby into it, as well as covered one eye with her silky black hair. In her teenage years, she was rebellious and wanted to run away and be free from the “troubles” of life. As she grew, that want slowly morphed into a want to know what was beyond her civilization. Eventually, after earning her gem, she decided to leave her home, with no one to stop her. During her journey, she learned how to produce sound through her ruby. In a dark forest, while playing a melody, she could hear a very low voice harmonizing with her. She didn’t stop, she kept playing and followed the voice as if the combined harmony had entranced her. What she found, I’ll save for later. A different time.
