I downloaded the XP beta 2 theme from CheezeyGaming (download it here ), and the worst thing I found in the theme pack is the start orb (the second worst part is the theme reverted to aero basic sometimes, the white text error is the third worst). It doesn't resemble the true Whistler look. So I made this. (it takes me a lotta time to find the theme file on the internet, extract the start orb image from the theme and editing)

The XP beta 2 start orb works with Classic Shell and Open Shell, comes in 3 variations:

Normal orb (start text included)
Longhorn 4074 style (Windows logo in the middle wthout start text)
Blank orb (xcf file for editing with Gimp)
