Haunted in Spring

Whilst I was sitting upon my lawn
I inhaled the ruminating scent of
lavender and jasmine from the
trees and bushes nearby:

And upon the summer moon I was gazing and
in the minute of the moment my mind began
reminisciently wandering to the colorful axioms
of love for it is there in my mind's landscapes
of colorful dreams neither lost nor forgotten
is where you are.

It is in a Colorfully Wooded Landscape of
Oaks, Ash and Birch which subtly color
the beauty of the area it is in this area
that we tenderly hold each others hands
and then bask beneath a star lit sky and
a golden moon;

Afterwards, we sip upon a Pinot Grigio
and then we Sup upon a meal of Baked
Talapia with Sauted Onions, Slow Roasted
Green Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes.

For Desert we feed each other
succulent georgia peaches
dipped in brown sugar
and then we fall asleep
in each other's arms.

Only to awaken and realize
that what we have is not
a dream but a haunting
of each other's souls.
