Meet Rouque, another OC of mine.. He's whats called an Anathema in his universe.
An Anathema is an individual who carries a curse made long ago to their ancestor, Thessalonica, by one of the court sages. His descendants carry power that is meant to be a blessing to those who are good of heart, and a curse to those with evil intent. To help the Anathema and alter the curse, Thessalonica imbued an addition to the curse. One of their family line's spirits would inhabit a child as soon as they were born, and guide them from the perspective of one who has already lived life and ended it.
Roque tries to be good of heart, but he has a short temper and a bit of a sassy attitude... and his curse's helper, his grandfather Corinth, doesn't help. In fact, Corinth is downright evil.. So my boi struggles a little bit and sometimes loses it! He's trying tho..
