The anatomy looks pretty accurate. Hair looks natural. 
Also, I like her clothes! Especially the folds on it! Gosh, I want your fold-making ability. O:<
Hmm, maybe you could make the shoes more detailed. Like, give the shoes shoelaces and designs, and all that jazz.
I think you should give the ears more depth, like, maybe make the ears look more furry-esque?
But overall, this picture looks great!

^^ Thank you! and yeah, the shoes look weird, I can never draw shoes....I don't have this pic anymore, so I can't edit it, but I'll try harder with shoes and ears next time xD
