So yeah. The first season ever where the premier ISN'T a two parter. But it doesn't mean that they connect a little bit. I really liked the setup here. They were aiming for something more slice of life and that's cool. And finally getting to see Princess Celestia's perspective in sending Twilight away. Nicely done.
