I know it sucks, I'm terrible at Tutorials and such. ;w;Welp. People wanted to know how I did the glitchy-effect-thing in my "Corrupted File" picture, so...here. I did it a different way because I can't remember how I did it originally. Sorry. XD

One problem though; in my GIMP, there's no such filter as "Wind". :U Is there any other filter that has the same, if not a similar effect?

Maybe you are using the wrong Filters???

I was using Gimp, I found out what I was doing. For some reason it wouldn't work if I was a point off on the 'Filters-Noise-Pick' in which I was a point off, thanks to a mistype. I got it to work right.
