working for a company require a lot of works and talent. I'm not ready for it x'D
don't worry you will >w<. it just takes practice. draw 1 hour a day and you'll improve soon!(I'm so lazy that's why I don't improve. I'm trying to be more hard working tho ;_; )

You definitly have talent! well if not anime but visual novels (graphic game - animes) for example stuff like Fault Milestone or Clannad visual novel etc..
all youd draw is stuff like this only thing u change is the mouth and emotions on the face for the scenes
