I feel like that horizontal line sticking out from the left side of RD's tail shows too sharp of a disconnection between her butt and back, and I can't trace the path of the spine without seeing an incredibly sharp turn right where her tail starts, almost as if the tail was designed here to stick out of the spine at a perpendicular angle, rather than act as an extension of the spine as it should. More clearly defining the spine in the middle of their backs- in poses like this especially- would point out inconsistencies like the ones pointed out here right from the beginning, and would add form to the relatively formless area of RD's back and entire midsection as well.

I personally don't like messing with anatomy, particularly the skeletal system- I'm pretty ok with changing proportions and flexibility for ponies to match that of humans more closely- but either way, as long as you acknowledge you're doing it, that's cool.
