I agree completely with pathunknown. Personally, I really like the contrast between the pushing and pulling as well as several other choices of vocabulary. Made it feel like there was definitely some sort of struggle in this relationship :S

No, it's not ripped off, lol. I just recognize it, as if I've heard it in my unconscious mind. It wouldn't be the first time that's happened, tbh. If only I could some how extract the music I hear in my head..
