I was thinking about time travel when I started this illustration, so the number indicates a certain day or a year that the character is traveling to/ back to. You're the first to notice it btw!

Little details like that are my favorite because they leave interpretation up to the viewers, unless of course a clear meaning is given by the artist ;P!
For the 10-15 minutes I was taking in this piece my thoughts were that maybe that 06 was subconsciously a metaphor for the longing of peacefulness, union, and home (numerology!). With her little miscellaneous objects and pets around, you get the sense of home in an ethereal way, almost as if she's taken a nap during a long train ride and is now suspended safely in her dream world, reuniting with someone of great importance to her. That's my weird interpretation of the number haha;; thank you for sharing the true meaning!
This is a really neat way to portray time travel-- very creative and honestly the type of painting you never forget. So thank you for making my day!
