This is very informative, experimenting with some different types of art and would love to attempt something like this, I was curious if you had any tips on the coloring of nebulae? LOVE your art!!

THANK YOU, very much. I have been looking for a tutorial like this FOR EVER, and I finally find one that's easy to follow.
Thank you once again, for this wonderful "how-to" piece.

Hi there!
It's been a while since I've popped in at dA and I was drawn here by the poll on doing more tutorials like this one (I'll try to go back and vote, really!) and I have to say, you always manage to give new ideas!
I think the last couple of space pics I did had my first attempts to do a nebula (like most things I try to build up from scratch, so I didn't think of what could be done with cloud stock...) so this tutorial of yours challenges me to try to take things a few steps farther.
Thanks!

i wish you'd do a step by step cause i don't even know where to start
i dropped computer graphics for real paint and it's still hard, haha.

I dont like step by step tutorials
they dotn teach you much tbh
they only let you replicate the picture
but they dont let you develop your own style
