Description
1st draft colored Benevolent Monsters cover. My first attempt at digital painting in a lonnnnng time. It still needs a lot of work, I'll replace when I do some more. Made with the Procreate app on and ipad2. I use a cheap $2 stylus that I actually really love.
Overall pretty proud of it. I need to work on more precise inking strokes. It's difficult for me to get used to the ipad b/c I tend to rest my hand on the screen, thus causing touch screen havok. (I could turn it off but I love the convenience of just swiping my fingers for zooming in/out.) Love how Kittah turned out and Ryu is so dark looking hehe. Merybel is cute as hell too! Though missing wings. Wolfie/Lesley meh...I'm totally lost when it comes to drawing/painting animals. I thought, ok fur. Lots of fur... >.>
