Okay, pretty good here. Very good actually.

Little things.

Cutting off figures at joints is a no no. You can draw feet so, do some preliminary sketches so you can position the characters in the middle of the page so no part of them gets cut off.

Light source, the shadows on their costumes respond to the light and you should plan your blacks with this in mind. Superman's lights and shadows are pretty uniform while Invincible's look to be coming from about three or four different sources.

Plan your cities in your sketches as well or Draw them separately and paste together in a graphics program. The same attention you give to your characters and anatomy and acting, give you your bg as well.

Give Invincible a thicker line to pop him out from Superman.

Superman looks determined, sinister even, but what is he looking at? A little bit more interaction between the characters would be nice too. Superman dodging or catching the punch would improve this a hundred fold.

That plane looks awful . . . phallic . . . L O L !

Good job!

You should check out This guy is MEGA special in that he started writing drawing and inking his own comic book at the beginning of High School. Four years later after constantly producing his own comic, literally studying his craft by DOING, he's become a beast. You're further along than he is when he began, but patience and consistency certainly pays off.
