His full name is Nonai Nijime.. which is..uh... NoLove RainbowEye. Or something close to that.
He's got no story yet, besides this second right here. Something about him trying to save his best friend; only to be killed by him in the means of it. I suppose at this point he's realizes his friend no longer sees him in that light anymore. Very sad... T_T
Well that's alright! I want to work with him more; but he doesn't have much of a place yet!
