There's a very bittersweet story behind this. I still think I kinda failed at portraying it but *Merman1234 liked it ^^. So I'm happy.Painting sand... is... interesting

But the sand looks so good, I mean it's so sandlike. The coloring on the tail is also very cool, I like the little hints of scales here and there but it's smooth overall

She looks vulnerable and beauliful. It took me moment to figure out the menacing shadow was another being approching her. That created such curiousity on my part.

The colour and proportion are really great. The background is well done, both the sand and the sea foam. They looks good. The shadow is really nice, too. It makes the pic looks mysterious and more interesting.
