Personagem da minha história OLHOS DE SERPENTE, foi baseada na cobra Mamba negra africana. Curiosamente a cobra de verdade não é negra, e sim acinzentada. O nome vem da cor do interior de sua boca. No caso de minha personagem, eu optei por colocar um tom mais para o marrom, e as listras brancas para ajudar na noção de volume. Character of my story SNAKE EYES was based on the African black mamba snake. Curiously, the snake is not really black, but gray. The name comes from the color of the inside of your mouth. In the case of my character, I chose to put a tone for the brown and white stripes to help in the notion of volume. Thanks, I used Photoshop, I applied the filter stained glass in a layer, and then I was changing the contrast and transparency of this layer, to give an effect of "relief" in the tail

yeah i'm not the best at photoshop i basically just use it to make abstract wallpapers and backgrounds for my images. I usually do all my picture on one layer. How did you make it so the relief only appeared in the backside of the tail. whenever i use a filter its applied to the entire layer.

Yes, this is among the best naga drawings I've seen. the character herself is gorgeous, for one thing. The colour is vibrant, especially around that eye-snatching dress, and the tail itself is just as beautiful, especially with the light gleaming off her scales.
