The modelling on this is clean and simple. Good use of primitives.
And I like the sofa. It looks like a very comfy one.
How did you do the carpet? Displacement?
And now for some crits:
The sofa textures are kinda blurred/without contrast. I think perhaps a bumpmap could have made it look better.
Also, the very glossy and reflective pot is perhaps a little too glossy and reflective. What is it supposed to be made out of? I don't really buy it, although it's a nice shader.
One more thing: I think the light setting would benefit from another light with shadows. And I think perhaps you should have tried giving the lights a bit more colour. In real life, no lights are completely white, not even the ones which look it. Playing around with colour for the light would be good. I'd recommend red and yellow lights for this picture.
Good job!

Thanks for the crits!!! It is very nice to get proparly backfeed!
These was my first assignment last year. I agree with you about sofa textures. I wanted to add a lot of bump like the sofa was maid out of welvett (or how it spels...) but teacher was not shearing my idea, he liked it flat...
Glossy pot is from reference picture, I think it was made out dark massive glass or some thing...
Carpet is just a box with hair and fur modif.
And light... yes I had some problems... It may be hard to belive but it is colour lights... I know I did something wrong, but if I would make the same room now, I wold probably do everything different...
thanks again for the coments! Means a lot
