Not really. There is Skin Builder Pro, which offers coloring options for G2F, but not overlays. Zev0 has a separate overlay system for G2F instead. The biggest hitch for the G2F systems is that they use the V5 UV. Not many V5 characters left on the market to mine for skin sets. So, unless you have a batch of V5s lying around who can loan you skins, the G2F addons won't help.

G2F is unfortunately the least supported of the generations. And from a sculpting standpoint, it was the best. Why it was so heavily ignored by content creators is a guess. My guess is that it didn't play well in Poser and Poser was still king at the time. So content creators held on to V4/M4 long after that generation belonged in a museum. But that was Smith-Micro's decision. From what I hear, they could have made Poser compliant with the Tri-X weighting system.

I think the biggest issue some PAs had with G2 was the fact that it was as hard in its own way to work with and get what they wanted as the original Genesis was.
