Yeah the back ground i thought could have been a bit better in the detail part, i dont realy know how to draw fire XD (thats a fire place btw) XD

and the blue-ish background is those vail thingys they hang from the tops of beds..
Thought it might add some wub

as for the borders, they are like sparkles but blended making it seem they are mesmorised in a dream hehehe

Yeah, fire is hard to draw.. (sorry to say I actually thought it was a tree at first )

Thanks buddy! I wish i could draw better sometimes, although i havent been up for it lately... even when im in bed trying to get rid of this blasterd flu.. i just cant find the enrgy to get a pen and some pare..

I know i should be resting, but im pulling double shifts at work late nights and into the mornings >_<
maybe thats where i got my flu from



I hope i get better soon, the reason why im pulling split shifts is cos well...

my mum has back problems, and suffers from Fybro Malgia ( ithink thats how its spelt) and well, without my step father working .. it makes it harder to stay at home and wait til im better

sounds terrible i know.. but hey, someones gotta do it! XD

Yer, well I can't get as good coloring as you (err check my lol colored lol dance lol pic lol.... -_-) Yay, I can't do even digital paintings. (well shark was okay but if I try any other pic.... )

Hmm well the thing with colouring is just to take your time and practice

but a tip: use water colour pencils.. without the water (they are soft enough to colour in with and dont require much force-meaning you dont press down much to get the right shading effect) also, try and get as many forms of pencils, there are some great stuff out there now, my faves are crayola and derwints.

i notice faber castles are ok, but they need alot of attention with darkening and shading... try to get some books in your library about water colouring techniques,
also um colour using circular motion in your wrist.. not up and down as that can leave "stretch marks" or looking like it was coloured quick..

um.. i usualy satrt by colouring the largest area first... then do touch ups to that area with darker or lighter shades of a different colour, depending how strongly you press down and how many times you go over the same area..


Prints? Umm.. i have done paintings.. on canvas.. which i have sold to shops and resturants.. but im just getting into photoshop, and need alot of practice

I have two huge packets of derwent studio colour pencils and conté crayons aquarelle painting pencils, both have 24 pencils. ^_^"

I still can't do the coloring that it would seem good. Arhgh... That's why I normally do just traditional pencil works or linearts...

We need DA prints! ^^
