Oh I see, I guess it is more like a... wyvern gryphon? Cuz it has its wings on the arms, unlike Pylonash that is more common. I may reutilize this idea on another cat-bird fusemon, if I manage to get a design that is different enough to not be just a copy ^^

in a good way. I would use this on my team. I love Talonflame and Pyroar had a cool design but he wasn't as strong as I would've liked. Plus I am a huge fan of griffins in general.
Don't worry about the pose. I like it. its dynamic! If try a pose that isn't just someone standing still I litterally have to spend hours looking at references just to get the pose right -.-

Oh, I see, I'm glad you like it 
It's true that Pyroar could have been a bit better (with a plus of Speed and some kind of priority), but it's powerful on its tier, with strong STAB moves and Choice Specs it can destroy souls as late game sweeper ^^ Is not as easy to use as Talonflame with Gale Wings buuut it still kinda works!
The pose was actually an accident, but in the end it seemed ok to me, don't be affraid to just try weird stuff to make poses, sometimes you come up with something unexpected and nice ^^
