This is so gorgeous! the blue tones give it a very dreamy and soft feeling.
I love the sky!! Only thing I can suggest is to add more highlight on the horse's back/head?
Since there is a lot of highlight in the sand/water and also in the sky. I think the horse will stand out more with a tiny more light on him/her
But that is just me nit picking. I love it!
