Triad Toys has some awesome figures I thought you'd be interested in. I want to get Mugen, even though I don't watch the show, but it's so expensive. Besides, I'm still craving the Police Officer Joker and Silken Floss (from The Spirit; both figures by Hot Toys, I think), and those are more than Mugen.

For that price I'd just buy or make the clothes (Jin's especially) and dress like them Real katanas are difficult to find but I'd love to have one. I wonder if they're even legal for an everyday Joe to own.

I'd take the nude figure. I'm mainly facinated by the articulation and eye-movement. I think I heard the Police Officer Joker has a similar mechanism. As for Silken Floss, I just want her glasses and outfit.
