Description From my fanfic, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 9: Stairway To Heaven . Josus knowing that his Stand had no direct offensive abilities, developed Sub-Stands using his body parts of mediums in order to generate a complete Sub-Stand or individual emissaries that were powerful in their own right. When Josus died, the Guardians of the Corpse Parts gradually over the centuries went to different users, becoming their defining Stands over the millennia, with Johnny, Gyro, and Funny being the most notable examples.

The songs that were chosen, aside from Tusk, D4C, Scan, and Ticket To Ride, were chosen due to how they fit with respective part themes- Alive being the spine that keeps the body straight/not collapsing on itself, Sabotage, which could be done by a hand, Twist involving leg contortions, Suspicious Minds relating to the head's thoughts, and Weight is about how one can have a lot on their chest to burden. Informer is about getting information from outside sources. That aside, the songs themselves have their own meanings that have deeper complications with Josus.

Tusk is about infidelity/sex as referenced with my description on Tusk Act 5  and Scan was chosen due to convenience as an Indian song title I found while researching while the meaning of the name is about scrying information. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap is surprisingly about a simple shout-out- AC/DC's lead guitarist got the song title from the 1962 animated cartoon series Beany and Cecil. The Show first aired on ABC Television and only ran for one season until the 26 episodes shown were cast as repeats for the next five years until it was recreated in 1968. The specific inspiration for the song name was the cartoon's main villain, "Dishonest John," who would carry around a business card that said, "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Holidays, Sundays, and Special Rate"- signifying its capacity for evil. Suspicious Minds is about a dysfunctional relationship, and various feelings of mistrust within it, and how the couple needs to move on in order to survive. Sabotage is about an annoying engineer named Mario Caldato Jr., who got frustrated with the slow pace of Beasties' recording sessions. The trio felt he was sabotaging their music by trying to push through instrumental tracks they were unhappy with in order to get something completed. Alive is about a young man discovering that the man he thought was his father is actually his stepfather, while his mother's grief leads to an incestuous relationship with the son, who strongly resembles the biological father. This leads to "Once" in which the man descends into madness and goes on a killing spree, and "Footsteps" in which the man is eventually looking back from a prison cell awaiting his execution. Informer is about an insult against those who he claimed “snitched on” him, which led to him doing an eight-month bid in the maximum-security Toronto East Detention Center. Owing to this, the hook of the track is based on Snow physically threatening the “informer” who got him locked down. The Twist is about the group often moved onstage like they were "trying to put a cigarette out." In a sense, they were twisting- hence the title of the song. The Weight is about a man who comes to the town called Nazareth, and his friend Annie asks him to visit some of her friends. "The Weight" is his duty to check all these strange people. And Ticker to Ride is about a girl riding out of the life of the narrator.

Josus while making himself out to be an all-loving messiah, is aware of his hidden capacity for evil, the paranoia of mistrust and being ratted out by allies, being sabotaged, his discovery that his true father was technically a well-intentioned, but genocidal maniac, his conflicting feelings of his mother who both loves him/hates him for being born of DIO who destroyed her family, descending into madness to go on a rampage if he snaps, trying to remove mistakes that could break his image as being infallible, being burdened with the desire to help others and leaving others behind. He finally finds peace when he first dies and comes back, being aware of what to do next.

When making the Sub-Stand, I referenced the Holy Corpse that Josus ultimately became, with each body part having its own guardian with Tusk being a notable example. With this in mind, I made them all Sub-Stands meant to protect the main body that is Peace Train in either its complete form or incomplete pieces. Three of the forms are based on prominent Stands that emerged from contact with the corpse parts or guardian entities in the manga that became Stands eventually. The others are based on the body parts as well as being Tusk's counterpart, with them subtly resembling the body parts they represent in question. Additionally, their powers are significantly more potent than their later users due to Josus being a King of Kings amongst Stand users, being a top-ranking Stand user, even millennia after his death, with each Sub-Stand alone being more capable than a regular top-tier Stand. Therefore, since he's the Messiah, the broken aspects of its abilities are fully justified. I also made them to be able to be used by potential future antagonists/heroes if the need arose.
