Not sure when I'll finish this but this is another Infinity Warp.Punisher+Daredevil=Condemner (?) punishment from the devil sort of thing.
Frank Murdock, or Matt Castle? A former SHIELD type agent turned NYPD who is blinded by toxic waste, an attack on him that also killed his father, wife, and children. He gained sonar like powers,and senses heightened to superhuman levels.
He dresses as a devil, and punishes the wicked. But death is too good for them. He nearly kills them usually, usually unavoidable too, but he wants them to feel their punishment on Earth.
He has Daredevil's fighting skills and acrobatics, but Frank's arsenal... and fighting skills.
The drawing was made using a drawing of the Punisher that I can no longer find. I want to credit the artist for the pose but I don't know who it was now.

I just took DD's helmet, made it into the Punisher's skull symbol. The small horns looked wrong so I drew them again and again until they looked right. Heh.

No, in taking them down they may get hurt really bad, but he doesn't kill them. He wants them to go to prison or whatever the law decides. Rather than a quick death, in his eyes.
