I drew this over a Paolo Rivera turn around, adding my changes just to get my ideas on paper.I am going as Spider-Man for Halloween, and maybe other things.
After wearing the Spider-Man costume for about an hour today I made some changes. Three most important being lenses for my eyes because I can't see through the white fabric. Second the gloves need some gripping fabric like mountain climbing gloves because I couldn't unlock my car door's knob or use my cell phone through the Spider-Man gloves. And third I need pockets for my keys and wallet and cell phone.
The other changes also came from necessity as well. The zipper in the back was hard to do up or down. And because the zipper was moved to the front I had to change how the mask hooked on. (button's on the neck) And the gloves are short gloves, and the shoe bottoms "for walking."
The fabrick would still be light weight material, not leather or pleather or plastic.
These changes would only be needed for wearing this around a Comic Con or something, but the gloves and lenses for the eyes would be needed period.

Almost there. I feel that the web and/or color pattern could be implemented using things already in the cloth. Great job anyways!

Heh, it didn't know if anyone would catch that.Β I used that as a basis for my practical design, but the changes are based on what I would want after wearing the costume for an hour.Β Especially the gloves, those are terrible.

Wow, it is.Β Wonder if those guys had the same thoughts.Β zipper in back hard to use so move it to the front.Β Gloves hard to use so shorter gloves with grip.Β Pockets for my keys and cell phone, etc.Β Cool.Β I liked the costume, forgot about it.

Thanks.Β I spent about 5 minutes last night trying to unzip myself and earlier had to have my brother zip me up in the back.Β So I figured it would be better in the front.Β But now I realize if it was not one whole morphsuit, but a long sleeve shirt instead, then I wouldn't need a zipper.Β But I do like the zipper.Β I mean, Thanks.
