Why lookie here?! Can it be? Yes! It is! It's a watermark tutorial for GIMP!!!!
I figured that since the majority of my watchers don't have photoshop and are GIMP users, I'd post a tutorial on how to make my watermarks work in it!

AHHH, I got my watermark to work, but in a different way as how it is here. My version of GIMP (which is 2.6...) doesn't show the layers like yours does in the step where you lowered the opacity..... O.o Any ideas as to why that might be? My version is 2.6.6.....

Ahhhh. You may have exited out of them. To bring them back up, go to where is says VIEW. Then select LAYERS, or LAYERS MENU.
