I should write lazy bleeding cut tutorial XD ! Holidays ends in 4 days (well, plus parties for New Year, you can count 2 days XD) and I haven't begun my homework ! Here a tuto I promised to , sorry dear for my lame work ! Hope it will , in anyway, help you !

Sure, I never mentionned layers in my tutorial meaning you don't have to use them specifically it's only about drawing the shape & arranging colors ^^

It depends. I do drawing lines on Paint Tool SAI, then I trace them, color and do the shading on PhotoStudio !
