Description
This tutorial show you how to take a black and white or line art image and color it using layers in Photoshop 7 or higher.

Create 1 layer for each element in this case Lisa (the Girl) has 1 layer for hair, one for skin.

Set the layer to multiply and use the magic wand on the base layer to select your area. In this case the area of the hair.

In your hair layer fill that area with pure white.

Then simple set a color over lay set to multiply, instant brunet.

I also used a pattern layer to add some fluff to the hair.
