For this assignment my portfolio instructor gave each student a job title, and after that we could illustrate the person working said job any way we liked. I got Carnival Ride Operator. After many sketches and thumbnails, this is what happened.My brother was the model for this guy, and I worked off of pictures of carousels and ferris wheels too. I drew it out in pencil and rendered it in Photoshop with a lot of pen tooling and sponge brushing.

I love the colour and the angle in this; it gives off this uneasy vibe, a sort of sickly feeling. I feel like I shouldn't trust him, but he has this sort of attractive charm. I don't know if that's what you were going for but I had to favourite this as soon as I saw it
