~YES, this is absolutely for free and you may use it! I used it by myself for my previous adopt, and after this adopt I decided to do a lineart, add some extra layers and share it. I thought it would be nice to do a base, that would be for free for anyone, it was fun to create! Maybe someone will find it useful.I will definitely do more bases like this, I think about male, animal and chibi linearts.
Click download on the right hand side of the page, you will download the .zip file that contains one .psd file.
Just please follow the rules:
*You may make adoptables, characters, use it for personal use etc. for points and money.
*Change everything you like, costmize the lineart.
*Do not resubmit the .psd base file anywhere else.
*If you want to share it with your friends, please send the link to this deviation.
*Do not claim as your own, please credit me every time you use it.
*Please, +fav if you are going to use it ^^

Hi! Just downloaded it too and it works. Couple hours ago someone also downloaded it and it worked as well hmm. Maybe there were the problem with unzip the file?
