Quick little mess about in photoshop this evening whilst waiting for my take out to be delivered
25 mins in adobe photoshop CC, adjustments on levels and curves,hue and saturation before duplicating the model layer and editing it properly into the blue.
All in all about 20-25 mins,just fun
