Now this is one of the more higher ranking Time Thieves of the Great Clockwork, one of their agents.

Job class description - Time Thief -

The Time Thieves are the members of a secret organisation called "The Great Clockwork". They have discovered the ability of travelling through time at will. However, their powers only allow to travel, not manipulate time. Furthermore, they can also only skip between present and past; they're not able to go to future times.
A time thief's goal is - on the one hand - to collect treasure from former times, that might not exist any longer in present days. But the main goal of The Great Clockwork is to steal time itself, though most of the members do not know this. There are indeed some forbidden techniques, that make stealing other peoples' lifetime possible. Rumor has it that the organisation is looking for immortality by doing so. Time's true purpose for the group, however, remains shady.
New members of the Clockwork, who are still studying time, are called "Minutes", before they become true Time Thieves.

Titles:
Minute -> Time Thief -> Clockwork Agent -> Aeon Seeker -> Eternal Hour

Attribute bonus:
- Time Thieves get a wisdom bonus because of their knowledge of far away times
- Time Thieves can be able to use common thieve arts like theft, open locks and disable traps
- weaponry: dagger +2
- weaponry: shortsword +1
- weaponry: foreign weapons +1
- magic: time based +2
- magic: body manipulation +1
- shadow arts: theft +2
- shadow arts: open locks +1
- shadow arts: disable traps +1
- shadow arts: scouting +1
