Now that the support cast for Orchid has been taken care of, I can start off with the villains for this series idea, starting off with Dimitri Ruthless, the kingpin of Bright's criminal underworld and de fact ruler of the city as well. Here is his profile

Appearance: He is tall, has black dreadlocks and beard, wears a pair of golden yellow shades, a bright green coat with golden yellow feather cuffs and rims, with a light green shirt underneath it, as well as an aquamarine vest, a belt with a golden yellow "G" belt buckle, dark aquamarine pants and dark grey loafers with belt buckles on them.
Weapon: Absolute-A staff roughly around Dimitri's size, its weight is capable of slamming down opponents, even crushing certain body parts and is sturdy enough to block certain attacks.
Description: In Bright's criminal underworld, Dimitri Ruthless stands among them as its ruler, having worked his way up from the bottom of the barrel to the very top as its kingpin, overseeing everything that goes on around him, as he rules over Bright with an iron fist behind the shadow. Few dares to challenge him and those that do suffers a big price for it.
