try a new monitor, if you're using VGA transfer to HDMI, and try a better graphics card.

Well, maybe it has something to do with a virus that makes the screen cut to black and cut back the screen.

yeah. i had a screen static issue with my laptop before because of an issue with the monitor. i'd say give everything a look. make sure everything is working the way that it should

1. you need a better graphics card
2. replace your monitor
3. check the cords/cables to your monitor and replace if you see one thats shorted out.
