Personality:
A quiet man that would rather just keep to himself than socialize with others...unless there's money involved. He seems to give off an authoritative aura when he's around, but when he's alone he's a big teddy bear. He is actually a nice guy but has a hard time getting over his habit of keeping a mean and grumpy persona. He becomes quite an obnoxious person once he's drunk which as a bartender is a problem. He is very overprotective of Trip or anyone dear to him, and will protect them with his life. He has been told that he is stuck in the past and although he tries his hardest he can not overcome what he has done and what he once was. He can be quite the flirt and likes having fun with girls but wants to settle down even though his years in in the black market didn't himself together.

He does have a bloodlust that he has to constantly keep in check back from when he was a gang leader. When fighting, his personality can change from a light hearted swordsman who just wants to enjoy a good fight, to a heartless murderer who would like nothing better then to rinse the town with his opponents blood.

History:
Raijin was born to the family of a Mienshao and Electibuzz. At birth his parents abandoned him on the streets of Diavolo where a local gang picked him up and took care of him as one of their own. As a kid Living in Diavolo he would always sneak into the Lumiere district for pranks and thieving opportunities and one day when he was roaming the street he saw a lone Pikachu in the alley way being beaten by some rowdy hoodlums. He saved the Pikachu and took him under his wing and met with Trip when he was still a Buizel and treated them as if they were his little brothers. Through his time in Diavolo, he rose the ranks from a common hoodlum to a gang lord in order to gain respect and safety for his friends. No pokemon picked on them in fear that Jin could be anywhere and pummel them. Through being a Gang leader, he developed many enemies his worst being a Honchcrow, only known as "The Head Honchow", and even till this day he holds a grudge against Jin and may send people to try and take him down. When their Pikachu friend died in a raid of the Lumiere district, Jin became even closer to Trip and trained him in fighting. After Trip ran away from home, Jin offered him a place to stay and they eventually found a place between their two districts to stay. They both secretly mourn the loss of their friend and on the anniversary of his death they both travel back to Lumiere to visit his grave.

After staying in his district for a while and turning from a gang leader into a man of the military, he decided he would need to become stronger in order to protect the ones he held closest to him. His heartbreak just furthered his training to have him climb through the ranks of the Diavolian military. He secretly went on the track to become a Slayer, while posing as a Beserker. He is special ops and works directly under his commanding officers, and keeps this fact a secret from everyone other than Trip. However, he is usually found shirking off his responsibilities and just getting into random fights. He is only rarely needed to take on Slayer missions, so he finds it easy to hide the fact that he is one.

After many years off the grid running the black market in Arcobaleno he was able to come up with enough money to open up a bar in the heart of Diavolo. He still runs backdoor deals out of it, having it be a safe harbor for criminals and ruffians.

-Raijin wields twin katanas that when he uses can have conduct electricity through the metal blades.

-He hides what he's feeling from people he doesn't know and comes off as intimidating to most, but is actually a good natured guy...well for the most part.

-Eats lightning to power up and activate his ability

-Does not like Murkrows or Honchcrows (reminds him of his past)
