Chapter one

:: Naga's view ::

I used to live in Iceland when I was so young, I can't even recall it.
After an accident I lost my parents and was sent to Finland into a care place.
A new life started for me, I got new friends from the care place.

Alex's parents ran the care place, and Alex was often bullied for being the only one
who had parents in there. Me and Jake were the only one's who were friends with him.
Close friends I'd say, we were a group of three who didn't let others in pretty much at all.

Alex was an artist soul, he used to sit outdoors and draw dragons, he still does.
Jake had a special skill, he could move stuff like baseballs only by the power of mind.
And me Naga... well I was pretty much a normal pretty girl.

Time went by and we got older, about 10 years old.
We didn't get much anything for ourselves in the care place
and we wish we could live in a normal home, even Alex wished for it.

Jake got this idea to gather money so we could move somewhere when we're old enough.
He said maybe being a magican in the streets would do for the start.
And so when he was put to get something from the market he took some stuff with him.

And he never came back.

What happend, nobody knew.
But it made me and Alex very desperate.
Jake used to stand next to Alex when people were bugging him
and he used to help me in school stuff when I had trouble.

I had a feeling he was still alive, and we had to find him.

In the age of 16 we moved into a studend apartment with Naga.
She was suffering from depression at times since there had been no single sing of Jake
and the police already gave up searching for him years ago.
Naga was also almost in the point of failing school.

I wasn't any better, expect my school life was OK, but it didn't matter much.
I wanted to be an artist, but nobody really noticed me.
I wanted to cheer up Naga, but the only soultion probably was to find Jake,
which was nearly impossible.

I didn't know what to do, this wasn't gonna last for long like this.

Then one day -which was like all the others- Naga got this crazy idea.
Well not all crazy, but something which not everyone would find a good idea.

Buy getting famous, maybe she could reach Jakes attention.
If he was out there somewhere, which she believed.

Almost like the idea which Jake had when he disappeared.
I didn't want the same to happen to Naga too, I tried to speak clever words,
but she didn't listen.

Atleast she haven't yet found a way to somehow become famous.

And here I am, trying to get sleep and find soultions like every other night.
Atleast Naga has the talents of falling asleep without thoughts stopping her.

I've got so many questions, so many answers I'll probably never solve.

Should I let Naga try her idea?
Should I let her go and take the risk?

She said she had thought about it for long, it would not only solve the Jake case,
but also get us money to stay in the apartment
and get her something for replacement of failing in school.

Everything sounded perfect from what she had planned, expect there was one point missing.

She didn't have any special talents, only outlooks,
but there was hundreds of other pretty girls trying to become something.
So she might just try out something in the end, which wouldn't be good for her.
I knew her too well, if there was something which didn't go well,
she would try the worst way, not thinking about herself.

Again I end up wishing Jake would magically come back and solve everything,
it was the last thought before I finally fell asleep.
