because he still hasn't think up anything what I should draw for him in return of the awesome L4D game.drew it while being in a train.... and god the stares of the little children... they were creepy x.x

O.o I find it odd that most people whould even know what furries are. Usually people here think it's about donald duck, bugs bunny or the other anthro cartoons or they just find them cool and unique fantasy characters.

they bearly know donald-duck but they dont get the connection
because mine is wolf/cat related and donald.....

well here antho cartoons are common, there's those biker rats, mutant turtles n' stuff. Mine are usually cat related, but people dont find them odd, since theres people wearing cat ears and tails all around anyway.

Mutta ehkäpä he saivat innostuksen sinun kauttasi anthro-tyylisiin hahmoihin ja isompina alkavat sitten piirtää myös (itse muistan oman piirtämisinnostukseni alkaneen kutakuinkin noin; toisia kyyläten ja innostuen siitä).

hehe x3 ite aikoinaa luulin olevani niin hieno ja omaperäinen kun piirsin kissa-ihmisiä realistisella tyylillä (eikä sarjakuva/animaatio tyyliin) mutta se ei oikeasti ollutkaan ainutlaatuinen idea XD
tossa vasta puoltoista vuotta sitte törmäsin furry termiin x.x

Itse käytän mieluummin "anthro"-termiä, koska monille ihmisille kun sattuu furrystä tulemaan mieleen porno ja pornografinen materiaali (luultavasti jonkin TV-sarjan tai dokumentin syytä..).
Itselleni nämä kissa-ihmiset (ne olivat nimenomaan niitä kun olin pieni :''D) tulivat joidenkin piirrossarjojen kautta (kuten eräs jakso Totally Spesis:sa)

ite seurasin bugsbunnyä ja kaikkii jänis anthro ohjelmia, ja tiesin ihmis-susista. Sitte aattelin et olis siistii et olis kissa hahmona semmone, ja sit kehitin Kittyn (nykyää myös nimillä Neko) joka oli ns. fursoona.
CSI heitti fursuittareista pilaa yhellä jaksolla tietääkseni. Ja sitte tietty netti palstat on petollisia. Mutta haluun luoda furrille takaisin sen alkuperäisen merkityksen ihmisten mieleen, ei jätetä kaveria ansaan.
Anthro kun viittaa mihinvaan eliöön josta on tehty osittain ihminen, niinku vaikka kala. (ei niin että kaloissa olisi jotain pahaa, hyvältähän ne ainakin maistuu)

Siinähän oli oikein kunon bileet ja hieman epäilyttävissä merkeissä (no niin, siinä löytyi syyllinen *heiluttaa nyrkkiään*).

Minäkin tulin katsoneeksi sen joskus.. seitsemännellä tai kuudennelle luokalla (?).
Nykyään TV:stä ei tule mitään kivaa katsottavaa, joten se on jäänyt sitten minullakin vähemmälle (olen koneella sitten senkin edestä).
